Delivery & Returns
We offer three delivery options for UK delivery:
Standard postage (usually 3 to 4 working days) – £1.25
Expedited delivery (1st class Signed For service, usually 1 to 2 working days) – £2.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm service, usually 1 to 2 working days) – £8.95
Our UK delivery prices are per parcel, NOT per pair of earrings so the price is the same whether you order 1 pair or 10 pairs of clip on earrings from Bello London.

Standard postage for orders below £35 – £3.75
Standard postage for orders below £50 – £4.95
Standard postage for orders below £70 – £6.95
Standard postage for orders over £70 – £8.95
Delivery to: Rest of World
Standard postage for orders below £35 – £3.95
Standard postage for orders below £50 – £5.95

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please email hello@BelloLondon.co.uk with your reason for returning the item(s), you will then receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) which must be written on the return package.
You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel.
We will then refund your purchase within 14 days (in most circumstances the refund will be processed within 1-2 days) of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Then within 14 days after the date on which you told us that you wished to cancel your purchase send the goods you wish to return to:

Only returns with a valid Returns Merchandise Authorisation number can be accepted.
You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you request a proof of postage from the Post Office. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned. If you are a customer in the EU, you will be entitled to a full refund including the cost of standard delivery.
We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when only part of your order is being cancelled.
Returning faulty items
We are sorry to hear your item is faulty. We would like to help you to resolve your enquiry, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for a description and photos of the faulty item to enable us to investigate the fault.
